Learned a lot from this class. I had no previous formal First Aid or CPR classes and was a little worried that I wouldn’t be able to understand the terms or techniques being used but Scott was very conversational, practical and jnformative. I would highly recommend this class for anyone of any skill level.

Wasn’t expecting as in depth of a class, but the instructor Scott Mize was great. In addition to covering the important material, he answered all questions very well, and helped show better techniques for applications of equipment (whether supplementary or intended directly) to combat bleeding and stabilize the wounded in the field. Also showed and explained some subtle things one can do that can act as a force ratio multiplier for pressure against bleeding, that simultaneously relieves the amount of pressure you personally have to exert.

Scott is a fantastic instructor brining years of experience to this course. I appreciated the organization of the content and delivery speed. Not to fast or to slow, and super engaging. The real world scenarios combined with the hands on practice opportunities helped to enhanced the training, deepening the learning experience. Because of this course, I feel significantly more confident in my ability to help in a highly emergent situation. Thanks Scott!
